Z cenov\u00fdch tabulek hlavn\u00edch sponzor\u016f tov\u00e1rn\u00edch t\u00fdm\u016f MotoGP, kter\u00e9 rovn\u011b\u017e uv\u00e1d\u00ed odborn\u00fd tisk, vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee u pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f se \u010d\u00e1stka odhaduje na 3 a\u017e 8 milion\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b a u \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu Ducati na 7 a\u017e 10 milion\u016f. V podstat\u011b partnerstv\u00ed Lenovo\u2013Ducati stoj\u00ed zlomek \u010d\u00e1stky, za kterou uzav\u0159ely smlouvu spole\u010dnosti Microsoft a Mercedes, a je\u0161t\u011b men\u0161\u00ed zlomek \u010d\u00e1stky, za kterou uzav\u0159ely smlouvu spole\u010dnosti Oracle a Red Bull.     <\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u00e1 funkce, stejn\u00e9 positioning a pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ijateln\u00fd cenov\u00fd pom\u011br mezi 7 a 15n\u00e1sobkem. Vypad\u00e1 to jako p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh o slev\u00e1ch. Nen\u00ed tomu tak. To, co Lenovo z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 nav\u00edc, nebo p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno to, co ospravedl\u0148uje \u010d\u00e1stku, kterou zaplat\u00ed, nen\u00ed rozd\u00edl v n\u00e1kladech. Je to to, co dohoda zahrnuje v r\u00e1mci provozn\u00ed integrace, a to, co za stejnou \u010d\u00e1stku investovanou do F1 dnes ji\u017e nelze z\u00edskat.    <\/p>\n<p>Pro CIO technologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti v segmentu B2B, kter\u00e1 zva\u017euje sponzorstv\u00ed v motoristick\u00e9m sportu v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 18 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, je p\u0159\u00edpad spole\u010dnosti Lenovo nejl\u00e9pe zdokumentovanou studijn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edru\u010dkou na trhu. Ne proto, \u017ee by Lenovo tuto transakci prezentovalo jako strategii \u2013 to neud\u011blalo, alespo\u0148 ne v komparativn\u00edm smyslu \u2013, ale proto, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd krok t\u00e9to transakce je ve\u0159ejn\u00fd, lze jej rekonstruovat a je chronologicky uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n do t\u0159\u00ed odli\u0161n\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00ed. <\/p>\n<h2>T\u0159i f\u00e1ze dohody mezi Lenovo a Ducati<\/h2>\n<p><strong>F\u00e1ze 1 \u2013 2018: technologick\u00fd partner.<\/strong>  Spole\u010dnost Lenovo podepsala s Ducati Corse v\u00edceletou sponzorskou smlouvu pro MotoGP. Branding t\u00fdmu se nem\u011bn\u00ed. M\u011bn\u00ed se v\u0161ak technologick\u00e1 infrastruktura v z\u00e1kulis\u00ed: t\u00fdm p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, tablety a servery Lenovo, a to jak na okruhu, tak v tov\u00e1rn\u011b. Nejde o pouhou zm\u011bnu designu. Jedn\u00e1 se o migraci technologick\u00e9 infrastruktury, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 t\u00fdm z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 podnikov\u00fd hardware a Lenovo na opl\u00e1tku z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 provozn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed s vysokou datovou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost\u00ed, na kter\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee prok\u00e1zat spolehlivost sv\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o infrastrukturn\u00ed vrstvu.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00e1ze 2 \u2013 2020: produkt pod spole\u010dnou zna\u010dkou.<\/strong>  Na trh p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed Lenovo Ducati 5, crossoverov\u00fd notebook v limitovan\u00e9 edici s designov\u00fdmi prvky Ducati Corse. Jedn\u00e1 se o prvn\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fd d\u016fkaz toho, \u017ee partnerstv\u00ed vedlo ke skute\u010dn\u00e9 integraci produkt\u016f, a ne pouze ke spolupr\u00e1ci na \u00farovni image. Pro CMO je to v\u00fdznamn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos: tato dohoda umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159et produkty se spole\u010dn\u00fdm zna\u010den\u00edm, kter\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed divize m\u016f\u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b prod\u00e1vat. Pro CIO je to potvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee operativn\u00ed vztah je natolik vysp\u011bl\u00fd, \u017ee unese v\u00fdvoj na \u00farovni produkt\u016f.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00e1ze 3 \u2013 \u00fanor 2021: titul\u00e1rn\u00ed partner.<\/strong>  Spole\u010dnost Lenovo se stala titul\u00e1rn\u00edm partnerem t\u00fdmu Ducati MotoGP. Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1zev t\u00fdmu se m\u011bn\u00ed na Ducati Lenovo Team. Jedn\u00e1 se o t\u0159\u00edletou smlouvu, kter\u00e1 byla n\u00e1sledn\u011b prodlou\u017eena a v \u010dervnu 2026 je st\u00e1le v platnosti: t\u00fdm pr\u00e1v\u011b potvrdil Marca M\u00e1rqueze pro roky 2027 a 2028 a cel\u00e1 startovn\u00ed ro\u0161tina MotoGP podepsala v Brn\u011b r\u00e1mcovou dohodu o stabilit\u011b na p\u011bt let (2027\u20132031). Partnerstv\u00ed se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Lenovo se nyn\u00ed odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m kontextu smluvn\u00ed stability, kter\u00fd p\u0159ed osmi lety neexistoval.   <\/p>\n<p>T\u0159i f\u00e1ze, osm sez\u00f3n, line\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj: infrastruktura, produkt, pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o architekturu, kterou lze znovu vytvo\u0159it, nikoli o jednor\u00e1zovou ud\u00e1lost. A \u201eznovu vytvo\u0159it\u201c znamen\u00e1 \u201eopakovat\u201c.  <\/p>\n<h2>Co v sob\u011b skr\u00fdv\u00e1 dohoda, kterou cena neodr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>\u010c\u00e1st briefingu, kterou je nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed za\u010dlenit do obchodn\u00edch prezentac\u00ed, se t\u00fdk\u00e1 toho, co dohoda krom\u011b vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed identity je\u0161t\u011b zahrnuje. Pro finan\u010dn\u00edho \u0159editele (CFO) nebo pracovn\u00edka odd\u011blen\u00ed vztah\u016f s investory je to \u010d\u00e1st, kterou lze nejh\u016f\u0159e kvantifikovat. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto ukazatele \u2013 <em>medi\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota<\/em>, <em>dosah zna\u010dky<\/em>, <em>po\u010det zobrazen\u00ed u publika<\/em> \u2013 mnoho sponzorsk\u00fdch agentur nad\u00e1le prod\u00e1v\u00e1 jako hlavn\u00ed argumenty, proto\u017ee se daj\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe m\u011b\u0159it pomoc\u00ed standardn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o migraci infrastruktury, program spole\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje produkt\u016f a tituln\u00ed sponzorstv\u00ed. Tyto t\u0159i vrstvy nejsou voliteln\u00e9. Jsou to sou\u010d\u00e1sti jedn\u00e9 a t\u00e9\u017ee architektury.     <\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed chybou je vn\u00edmat B2B motorsport jako \u201ekoup\u00ed si auto\u201c.<strong> Podstatou partnerstv\u00ed se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Lenovo nen\u00ed branding na motocyklu Desmosedici<\/strong>, i kdy\u017e ten tam je a funguje. Jde o to, \u017ee software b\u011b\u017e\u00ed v produk\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, v r\u00e1mci organizace, kter\u00e1 z\u00e1vod\u00ed s c\u00edlem vyhr\u00e1t. Jedn\u00e1 se o prost\u0159edek ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o partnerstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e re\u00e1ln\u011b funguje na provozn\u00ed i produktov\u00e9 \u00farovni. Je-li tato vrstva nasazena na ji\u017e funguj\u00edc\u00ed integraci, cena tituln\u00edho sponzorstv\u00ed se ospravedl\u0148uje jako multiplik\u00e1tor hodnoty, nikoli jako v\u00fddaj \u010dist\u011b za viditelnost. To, co spole\u010dnost Lenovo vybudovala, je nejl\u00e9pe zdokumentovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad kompletn\u00edho stacku na trhu.  <\/p>\n<h2>Stru\u010dn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka<\/h2>\n<p>Pro ty, kdo <strong>dnes<\/strong> zva\u017euj\u00ed <strong>sponzorstv\u00ed v motoristick\u00e9m sportu<\/strong>, nen\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou \u201eMotoGP nebo F1\u201c. Ot\u00e1zkou je: na jak\u00e9 \u00farovni jsme p\u0159ipraveni vstoupit a v jak\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu. <\/p>\n<p>Pokud je \u010dasov\u00fd horizont dvan\u00e1ct m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a c\u00edlem je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o zna\u010dce na konsolidovan\u00e9m trhu, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 F1 p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00fdch cen\u00e1ch legitimn\u00ed, av\u0161ak n\u00e1kladnou volbou.
