Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed rozm\u011bry, p\u0159esn\u011b stanoven\u00e1 velikost loga a jeho um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm panelu tuto mezeru vypln\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e vznikne.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u010cl\u00e1nek 2 \u2013 Pohostinnost a p\u0159\u00edstup v r\u00e1mci B2B<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e1roky na poho\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed maj\u00ed re\u00e1lnou obchodn\u00ed hodnotu a je snadn\u00e9 je ve smlouv\u011b podcenit. Rozsah exkluzivity sponzorstv\u00ed v r\u00e1mci NASCAR mus\u00ed obsahovat v\u00fdslovn\u00e9 definice kategori\u00ed, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b vymezen\u00e9 hranice trh\u016f a jasn\u00e9 ustanoven\u00ed ohledn\u011b akvizic a zm\u011bn zna\u010dky. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l:<\/strong> V\u00e1gn\u00ed definice kategorie, kter\u00e1 t\u00fdmu umo\u017e\u0148uje podepsat smlouvu s konkurentem, kter\u00fd spad\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b do t\u00e9\u017ee \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed kategorie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u010cl\u00e1nek 5 \u2013 \u00da\u010dast v programu pro mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 situace<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Program odm\u011bn NASCAR je tradi\u010dn\u011b syst\u00e9m spravovan\u00fd organizac\u00ed NASCAR, v jeho\u017e r\u00e1mci ur\u010den\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9-sponzo\u0159i vypl\u00e1celi bonusy jezdc\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed dojeli na stanoven\u00fdch pozic\u00edch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u011bli na p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti vozu um\u00edst\u011bnou samolepku sponzora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd v\u00fdvoj se v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b odehr\u00e1l na \u00farovni Cup Series.<\/strong> Kolem roku 2024 se NASCAR vzd\u00e1lil od samolepek v r\u00e1mci programu \u201econtingency\u201c v Cup Series \u2013 t\u00fdmy si tento prostor pro samolepky znovu p\u0159ivlastnily, aby jej mohly p\u0159\u00edmo prod\u00e1vat sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm sponzor\u016fm, jak potvrdila<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/NASCAR_rules_and_regulations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> <u>historie pravidel a p\u0159edpis\u016f NASCAR<\/u><\/a>.
