The title contender follows the philosophy of his manufacturer &#8220;If something works, don&#8217;t mess with it&#8221; and remains with his crewchief <strong>Santi Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> and the rest of his well-chosen team. M\u00e1rquez insisted to transfer his entire team to the premiere class after his rise from Moto2 in 2013.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">His teammate <strong>Dani Pedrosa<\/strong>, who extended his contract with the <strong>Honda<\/strong> factory team for two more years, decided to try it differently.\u00a0<\/span>After nine years of working together, the MotoGP veteran decided to part ways with his crewchief <strong>Mike Leitner<\/strong>. He will be replaced by Pedrosa&#8217;s fellow countrymen <strong>Ramon Aurin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">A strategy that <strong>Movistar Yamaha<\/strong> rider <strong>Valentino Rossi<\/strong> successfully discovered for himself last season, as he replaced veteran <strong>Jeremy Burgess<\/strong> with fellow countrymen <strong>Silvano Galbusera<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>Despite all worries from fans and media, Rossi&#8217;s decision turned out to be the right one. In the 2014 season he earned more wins and podium positions than in his first year back at Yamaha and of course more than in his two unsuccessful years with Ducati.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">If this is due to the fact, that it&#8217;s easier for <strong>Rossi<\/strong> to explain his problems with the bike in his mother tongue, and therefor solve them faster, or if the italian simply needed some fresh air in his team, is something only few people know.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">On the other side of the Yamaha box, everything remains the same.\u00a0<\/span><strong>Jorge Lorenzo<\/strong> decided to continue with the team that he started his career in the premiere class of motorcycle racing with. Since he entered the class in 2008, Lorenzo worked with <strong>Ram\u00f3n Forcada<\/strong> as his crewchief.\u00a0<span class=\"s2\">After seven years and two world titles, it was rumored that <strong>Forcada<\/strong> would change to the new Suzuki factory team to work with <strong>Maverick Vi<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><strong>\u00f1ales<\/strong>, but things turned out differently.\u00a0<\/span>Just as the rest of the team, <strong>Forcada<\/strong> will stay with <strong>Lorenzo,<\/strong> not only for the upcoming season, but at least until 2016.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><br \/>\nAt <strong>Ducati<\/strong> things are a little different.\u00a0After releasing <strong>Cal Crutchlow<\/strong> from his two-year contract after just one year, he will be replaced by former Pramac Ducati rider <strong>Andrea Iannone<\/strong>.\u00a0The italian earned himself his place as a factory rider with good results throughout the last season, not only once finishing in front of the factory riders.\u00a0He&#8217;ll team up with <strong>Andrea Dovizioso<\/strong>, who stays with <strong>Ducati<\/strong> also in 2015.\u00a0An all-italian line-up surely is a very special and mostly very welcome thing at <strong>Ducati.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Iannone&#8217;s<\/strong> place in the <strong>Pramac Ducati<\/strong> team will be taken over by <strong>Danilo Petrucci<\/strong>.\u00a0The italian completes the team next to <strong>Yonny Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, who is racing for Pramac since 2013.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Crutchlow,<\/strong> after his break-up with <strong>Ducati,<\/strong> will continue his career at <strong>Lucio Cecchinello<\/strong>&#8216;s LCR Honda team.\u00a0Judging by the results of the latest winter test in Sepang, it seems like the englishmen made the right decision.\u00a0<strong>Crutchlow<\/strong> will team up with MotoGP rookie <strong>Jack Miller<\/strong>.\u00a0After losing the <strong>Moto3<\/strong> world title to his rival <strong>\u00c1lex M\u00e1rquez<\/strong> by only one point at the final Grand Prix, the aussie is the first rider since <strong>Gary McCoy<\/strong> in 1998 to skip one class and directly move up to MotoGP.\u00a0His crewchief will be <strong>Christian Gabbarini<\/strong>, who worked with <strong>Casey Stoner<\/strong> before the aussie decided to quit racing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Former <strong>LCR rider Stefan Bradl<\/strong> surprised media and fans last season, when he announced he&#8217;d leave <strong>Cecchinello&#8217;s<\/strong> team.\u00a0<strong>Bradl<\/strong> started his career in <strong>MotoGP<\/strong> with <strong>LCR Honda<\/strong> in 2012, but since the hoped-for results did not appeared, <strong>HRC<\/strong> lost interest.\u00a0<strong>Cecchinello<\/strong> was free to resign <strong>Bradl<\/strong> for the upcoming season, but if he did, without the support of Honda.\u00a0<strong>Bradl<\/strong> then decided to part ways with <strong>LCR<\/strong> and signed with <strong>Yamaha Forward Racing<\/strong>.\u00a0With <strong>Colin Edwards<\/strong> retiring from motorcycle racing after more than twenty years and <strong>Aleix Espargar\u00f3<\/strong> also leaving the team, both bikes were waiting for their new riders.\u00a0So in 2015 <strong>Bradl<\/strong> will be the teammate of <strong>Loris Baz<\/strong>, who changes from the <strong>Superbike<\/strong> championship to MotoGP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Espargar\u00f3<\/strong> however will be one rider for the new <strong>Suzuki Ecstar<\/strong> team.\u00a0His teammate is going to be rookie <strong>Maverick Vi\u00f1ales<\/strong>, who moves up to <strong>MotoGP.<\/strong>\u00a0After finishing his Moto2 rookie season in third place in the overall ranking, the young spaniard took the chance to enter the MotoGP class with a factory team.<\/p>\n<p>Whereas his brother tries new ways, <strong>Pol Espargar\u00f3<\/strong> stays with the <strong>Tech3 Yamaha<\/strong> team, in which he entered the class last season.\u00a0His teammate Bradley Smith also continues to race with them, so within the team, nothing is going to change in the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p>Nicky Hayden also keeps on competing with the <strong>Drive M7 Aspar<\/strong> team, now with <strong>Eugene Laverty<\/strong> as his teammate. \u00a0Laverty will replace Hiroshi Aoyama, who retired from the championship and was confirmed by Honda as new test rider for 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Next to Suzuki, a second manufacturer confirmed their return to <strong>MotoGP<\/strong> this year. \u00a0The former <strong>Honda Gresini<\/strong> team now is the <strong>Aprilia Racing Team<\/strong> Gresini.\u00a0With <strong>Aprilia<\/strong> coming back to <strong>MotoGP,<\/strong> they&#8217;re bringing <strong>Marco Melandri<\/strong> as one of the two riders with them.\u00a0<strong>Melandri,<\/strong> who already competed in MotoGP, had changed to the <strong>Superbike<\/strong> championship in 2011.\u00a0Now he&#8217;s back alongside <strong>\u00c1lvaro Bautista<\/strong>, who already raced for Gresini,<\/p>\n<p>With Bautista and <strong>Melandri<\/strong> forming the new <strong>Aprilia Racing<\/strong> team, <strong>Scott Redding<\/strong> returns to the <strong>Marc VDS team<\/strong>, which whom he was one of the title contenders in the 2013 Moto2 championship.\u00a0He lost the title due to a broken wrist at the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island.\u00a0After starting his MotoGP career last year with <strong>Honda Gresini<\/strong>, <strong>Redding<\/strong> is now the only rider for the new Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avintia Racing<\/strong> is starting with <strong>H\u00e9ctor Barber\u00e1<\/strong> and <strong>Mike Di Meglio<\/strong> as riders and <strong>Ducati Desmosedici GP14<\/strong> bikes, whereas <strong>OctoIoda Racing<\/strong> signed up Alex De Angelis for 2015.\u00a0<strong>Karel Abraham<\/strong> will continue to race for the <strong>AB
