The yellow and retro styled bike commemorates <b>Yamaha Motor\u2018s 60<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b><sup>th<\/sup><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b> anniversary<\/b> and the ceremony was completed by motorsport legends <b>Kenny Roberts<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Giacomo Agostini<\/b> and <b>Phil Read\u00a0<\/b>taking part in this celebration of Yamaha\u2018s supreme racing heritage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Rossi<\/b>\u2018s yellow bike was in good company at the Yamaha exhibition; other iconic show bikes on display were <b>Phil Read\u2018s 1965 RD56<\/b>, <b>Giacomo Agostini\u2018s 1975 YZR500 OW23<\/b>\u00a0and <b>Kenny Roberts\u2018s 1978 YZR750 OW31<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">The unveiling of <b>Rossi<\/b>\u2018s bike was followed by the Doctor delighting thousands of spectators when he rode up and down the 1.16-mile Hillclimb in the yellow livery at 11:40 am. The special colour scheme of his <b>YZR-M1<\/b> was similar to the one he and <b>Colin Edwards <\/b>sported ten years ago when they marked Yamaha\u2018s 50<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> anniversary at the Raceway Laguna Seca with a double podium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">After the thrilling ride, involving a 300ft rise, there was more excitement waiting. <b>Rossi<\/b> was interviewed by Goodwood TV on the balcony of <b>Lord March<\/b>\u2018s mansion before joining the host and Formula 1 rider Nico Rosberg for lunch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">The Italian concluded his first <b>Goodwood<\/b> experience by honouring this year\u2018s theme of the <b>Goodwoord <\/b>event, <i>\u2019Flat-Out and Fearless: Racing on the Edge\u2018<\/i>.
