Following the crash <strong>M\u00e1rquez<\/strong> returned to <strong>Barcelona,<\/strong> where he was admitted to the\u00a0<strong>Hospital University Quir\u00f3n Dexeus<\/strong> in Barcelona for further examination and treatment. This morning the <strong>Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS<\/strong> rider underwent surgery, with surgeons under the direction of <strong>Doctor Xavier Mir<\/strong> successfully inserting a titanium screw to stabilise the fracture using keyhole surgery techniques.
