LCR Honda CASTROL<\/strong> rider Cal Crutchlow<\/strong> is looking to put the finishing touches to his preparations for the 2018 season at this week\u2019s two-day test in Qatar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cal Crutchlow in Qatar<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The session at the Losail Circui<\/strong>t \u2013 which gets underway on Thursday<\/strong> \u2013 represents the last official opportunity to fine tune ahead of the opening race of the new MotoGP<\/strong> campaign, which takes place at the same venue in just over two weeks\u2019 time.<\/p>\n

The Briton has impressed at the two previous close season tests, finishing third fastest in Malaysia<\/strong> and fourth in Thailand.<\/strong> While he feels the team is in a good place, Crutchlow<\/strong> knows there is still important work to be done over the next couple of days as he targets a strong start to the year.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m looking forward to getting back out on the bike tomorrow at the Qatar<\/strong> circuit for the final test of the year. We\u2019ve been happy with the last two tests, but I think we can still improve in some areas and into the first race of the season which is only now three weeks away, so I think everybody is excited and now looking forward to that.
