With Brad Binder<\/strong> joining the factory KTM team<\/strong> and Iker Leucona<\/strong> replacing Syahrin<\/strong> at Red Bull Tech3<\/strong>, the official 2020 MotoGP World Championship Teams and Riders line-up<\/strong> is now complete. Truth be told, these arrivals mark the only changes that occurred to the 2019 grid, with most of the silly season focused on the end of the MotoGP 2020 season<\/strong>, when several top riders will need to renegotiate their contracts.<\/p>\n

If there’s still one last point of uncertainty, that must be the one concerning the future of Jorge Lorenzo<\/strong> with the HRC<\/strong> outfit. There can be little doubt that the Mallorcan<\/strong> has found little to no feeling with his RC213V<\/strong> and has been struggling throughout the season, also courtesy of a poor physical form. The fact that garage-mate and fellow Spaniard Marc Marquez<\/strong> on the very same bike has won his 8th world title sure did not help. Lorenzo, of course, has a contract with HRC for 2020<\/strong>, but there could be ways out, and\u2014should that be the case\u2014it is still not sure who will be the man replacing him in the Repsol Honda squad.<\/p>\n

One more time, the pinnacle of two-wheel racing will feature mostly an Italian-Iberian paddock, with just 6 riders out of 22 not hailing from these two peninsulas: Binder, Crutchlow, Nakagami, Miller, Abraham,<\/strong> and Quartararo.<\/strong><\/p>\n
