Um exemplo \u00e9 o <strong>Customer<\/strong> Lifetime Value, que \u00e9 o valor que um consumidor representa para uma empresa ao longo da sua vida \u00fatil. <b>O ROI permite-nos, ao considerar o custo de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um cliente e o seu valor ao longo do tempo, calcular os benef\u00edcios a longo prazo das nossas opera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Como medir o ROI do Patroc\u00ednio<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Define m\u00e9todos<\/strong> eficazes <strong>de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e recolha de dados para todos os pa\u00edses patrocinadores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomar medidas<\/strong> antes, depois e durante o patroc\u00ednio<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conduzir an\u00e1lises estat\u00edsticas<\/strong> para medir o quanto o patroc\u00ednio influenciou o n\u00edvel de vendas e o quanto a percep\u00e7\u00e3o da marca mudou.<\/li>\n<li>Introduzir estes dados num <strong>modelo financeiro<\/strong> que permita um c\u00e1lculo real do valor gerado tanto em termos absolutos (quanto foi ganho) como em termos relativos (qu\u00e3o eficaz o patroc\u00ednio foi comparado com outras iniciativas).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>ROI e fluxo de caixa<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel medir o ROI de um programa plurianual, tendo em conta os recursos afectados e as receitas obtidas durante um determinado per\u00edodo de tempo, geralmente 3 ou 5 anos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Os fluxos de caixa s\u00e3o um resumo dos custos e receitas adicionais gerados pelo projecto ao longo da sua vida.<\/li>\n<li>O c\u00e1lculo do ROI analisa o retorno l\u00edquido de um projecto dividido pelos custos incorridos para a sua implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Em f\u00f3rmula: (Receitas totais &#8211; Custos totais)\/Custos totais x 100= ROI %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Rendimentos gerados<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Vamos supor que um projecto tem um <strong>ROI de 200%<\/strong>. Os ganhos l\u00edquidos deste projecto s\u00e3o estimados em duas vezes o custo de activa\u00e7\u00e3o do projecto. Ainda mais simples, por cada euro investido, o projecto gerar\u00e1 2 euros de lucro, mais 1 euro de cobertura de custos, pelo que por cada euro investido, o projecto gera 3 euros. O ROI \u00e9, portanto, de 200%.<\/p>\n<p>Em geral, o c\u00e1lculo do ROI tem em conta os custos totais de investimento durante o per\u00edodo analisado e considera poss\u00edveis redu\u00e7\u00f5es nos custos e receitas totais. Os fluxos de caixa de um tal projecto podem ser resumidos como: Ano de in\u00edcio, 1\u00ba ano, 2\u00ba ano, cumulativo, total.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Quanto vale um projecto de patroc\u00ednio?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>De acordo com um inqu\u00e9rito de 2003 conduzido pela International Data Corp.\/Alinean, 62% dos executivos afirmam que o ROI de um projecto deve situar-se entre 50% e 300% para ser considerado satisfat\u00f3rio.
