Über das Projekt

Black Bean ist stolz, den Erwerb der offiziellen Lizenz bekannt zu geben, die es dem Unternehmen erlaubt, exklusiv das Videospiel “SBK’07 – Superbike World Championship” zu realisieren, das auf der von FG Sport geförderten und organisierten SBK-Weltmeisterschaft basiert.

Virgilio Bixio, Präsident der Leader-Gruppe, erklärte: “Wir sind sehr stolz auf diese Vereinbarung. Es ist ein prestigeträchtiges Ergebnis, das es uns ermöglicht, das Videospiel aufzuwerten und zu fördern, aber auch das Bewusstsein für die Superbike-Weltmeisterschaft zu stärken.

Die Videospiele “SBK’07 – Superbike World Championship” werden mit der Erfahrung von Milestone, dem früheren Entwickler der gefeierten Superbike-Spieleserie, entwickelt. Sie werden ein Synonym für hohe Qualität sein und den Vertrieb von Black Beans International weiter stärken.

Paolo Flammini, CEO von FG Sport, fügte hinzu: “Die Videospiel-Fans haben lange auf eine neue Ausgabe des Spiels zur Superbike-Weltmeisterschaft gewartet. Dieses neue Produkt kommt zu einem magischen Zeitpunkt für unsere Meisterschaft, und ich bin mir sicher, dass es einer der Bestseller 2007 sein wird”.

Die Vereinbarung mit FG Sport wurde dank des Beitrags von Riccardo Tafà, Geschäftsführer von RTR, einem Sportmarketing-Unternehmen, unterzeichnet und ermöglicht Black Bean die Entwicklung des SBK World Championship Videospiels für die nächsten fünf Jahre.

I have known and worked with Riccardo Tafà since 1995 when we collaborated for the first time on a project for the Williams Formula 1 team. Several clients followed. After leaving Williams to work for Gerhard Berger then owner of the Toro Rosso F1 Team, I turned again to Riccardo to seek his help in finding a tool supplier for the team and Riccardo duly obliged with an introduction to USAG, a partnership with Toro Rosso which endured for five years. I recently started a new role as Group Commercial Director for the renowned Andretti Autosport organisation and I find myself working with Riccardo once again on a number of interesting projects. Why has this relationship with Riccardo endured ? He’s smart, knows the commercial side of sport inside out and back to front and he’s honest and trustworthy. Riccardo Tafà is a “doer” not a “talker”: in over 20 years I have never had a dispute either with him or with a company that he has introduced and each partnership introduced by Riccardo has delivered quantifiable ROI to rights holder and sponsor alike. I can think of no better testimonial of Riccardo’s diligence, knowledge, contact base and hard work than that.
