Über das Projekt

Datalogic ist der größte europäische und einer der größten weltweiten Hersteller von Barcode-Lesegeräten, mobilen Computern für die Datenerfassung vor Ort und Systemen auf der Grundlage der RFID-Technologie. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt insgesamt 979 Mitarbeiter und zählt viele bedeutende Unternehmen zu seinen Kunden, darunter Blockbuster, BMW, Dell, Deutsche Post, DHL, Ferrero und FIAT.

Das Unternehmen hatte das Bedürfnis, die Treue seiner besten Kunden zu belohnen. Daher schlug die RTR-GmbH eine Incentive-Veranstaltung vor, die den kommerziellen Aspekt eines Firmentreffens mit einem eher lockeren, unterhaltsamen Aspekt verbinden sollte. Die Wahl fiel auf das Schnee- und Eisfahrtraining mit Subaru-Fahrzeugen auf der eisbedeckten Strecke des Fondo Grande di Folgaria, einem wunderschönen Ort in der Provinz Trient.

Die Gäste der Veranstaltung trafen sich am Abend des 13. Februar in Folgaria und übernachteten im Golf Hotel, das in der Nähe der Rennstrecke liegt. Am darauffolgenden Tag begann das eigentliche Kursprogramm mit Theorieunterricht, praktischen Übungen und Runden auf der Rennstrecke, unterbrochen von Firmenbesprechungen und informellen Zusammenkünften. Am Ende des Kurses wurden die Teilnahmebescheinigungen überreicht, gefolgt von einem Abschiedsessen.

Alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer schätzten das Programm und waren von den Ergebnissen des Kurses, der Spaß, Wettbewerb und Teambildung geschickt miteinander verband, begeistert.

I have known and worked with Riccardo Tafà since 1995 when we collaborated for the first time on a project for the Williams Formula 1 team. Several clients followed. After leaving Williams to work for Gerhard Berger then owner of the Toro Rosso F1 Team, I turned again to Riccardo to seek his help in finding a tool supplier for the team and Riccardo duly obliged with an introduction to USAG, a partnership with Toro Rosso which endured for five years.
