Über das Projekt

Villani, ein bekannter Hersteller von Wurstwaren, hat die RTR-GmbH beauftragt, eine Verkostung einiger seiner Vorzeigeprodukte in 97 Feinkostläden und Lebensmittelgeschäften in ganz Italien durchzuführen.

Im Rahmen der Villani-Verkostungsinitiative hat jede Filiale einen Freitag und einen Samstag lang eine Hostess die Kunden zu kostenlosen Verkostungen der exquisiten Delikatessen des Unternehmens, wie Mortadella mit Chili und ungarischer Salami, in einer eigens eingerichteten Villani-Ecke eingeladen.

Die Initiative richtet sich in erster Linie an gewerbliche Kunden und zielt darauf ab, die Treue derjenigen zu belohnen und zu stärken, die Villani für seine besten Kunden hält. Die Durchführung der Verkostungen hat den Geschäften erhebliche Vorteile gebracht, darunter einen größeren Besucherstrom, der durch ein intensives Geomarketing gewährleistet wurde: So wurde eine personalisierte Einladung von Villani mit Angabe von Ort und Datum der Verkostungen per Post an 1.500 Adressen in jedem von der Aktion direkt betroffenen Gebiet versandt.

Schließlich erhielt jedes Geschäft ein umfangreiches Angebot an Werbematerialien wie Wanduhren, Preisschilder, Einkaufstaschen usw., die alle mit der Marke Villani versehen sind und der Inneneinrichtung einen besonderen, verlockenden Touch verleihen.

I have known and worked with Riccardo Tafà since 1995 when we collaborated for the first time on a project for the Williams Formula 1 team. Several clients followed. After leaving Williams to work for Gerhard Berger then owner of the Toro Rosso F1 Team, I turned again to Riccardo to seek his help in finding a tool supplier for the team and Riccardo duly obliged with an introduction to USAG, a partnership with Toro Rosso which endured for five years. I recently started a new role as Group Commercial Director for the renowned Andretti Autosport organisation and I find myself working with Riccardo once again on a number of interesting projects. Why has this relationship with Riccardo endured ? He’s smart, knows the commercial side of sport inside out and back to front and he’s honest and trustworthy.
