バリラは、新しいスナック菓子「10eTrenta」を市場に導入した。この商品は、午前中や午後の休憩時間に軽く食べられる、大人向けのスナック菓子である。製品発売に関するコミュニケーション活動の中で、RTRは2003年に第30回を迎えたイタリアで最も重要な音楽イベントのひとつであるウンブリア・ジャズ・フェスティバルとのパートナーシップを担当した。ウンブリア・ジャズ・フェスティバルは、ペルージャの歴史地区全体を巻き込み、会場、広場、庭園、アリーナでコンサートを開催する。前回は25万人以上が参加し、10日間で200以上のコンサートが開催され、350組のアーティストの演奏を楽しんだ。サンプリング活動は、新製品をできるだけ多くの人に試してもらうためにRTRが考案したプロジェクトの骨格をなすものだった。午後遅くから夜遅くまで、女子チームが、市内中心部の人通りの多い場所にある2つの10eTrentaブランドのスタンドと、最も人気のあるコンサートが開催されたサンタ・ジュリアーナ・アリーナ周辺で製品サンプルを配布した。全部で約20万個のスナックが、この商品のターゲットにぴったり合った人々に提供され、彼らはお気に入りのアーティストの曲に合わせて10eTrentaを楽しむことができた。また、市内中心部のさまざまな場所に設置された一連の3面トーテムは、新ブランドの非常に高い認知度を確保し、サンプリングとの直接的なつながりを生み出した。RTRはこの事業で、音楽分野における専門性をさらに強化し、企業のコミュニケーション・ニーズを最善の方法で解釈し、常に最適なソリューションを見出す柔軟性を改めて実証した。
