Cliente: Provincia di Bologna – Assessorato viabilità e mobilità Tarefa: Campanha publicitária sobre a segurança rodoviária Calendário: 2007 O Departamento de Viação e Transportes da Província de Bolonha entrou em campo em matéria de segurança rodoviária com uma campanha promocional de grande impacto, concebida para chamar a atenção para a elevada taxa de acidentes de viação nas estradas da província. A pedido da Província de Bolonha, o RTR ofereceu uma primeira campanha de criatividade impactante com um telemóvel, um sapato, um par de óculos e um ursinho de peluche: objectos do quotidiano que, abandonados no local dos acidentes, representam as vítimas de acidentes rodoviários de uma forma forte e realista. O título, “Não te percas no caminho”, é acompanhado por um corpo de texto que muda consoante o tema: “Não bebas e conduzas”, “Não uses o telemóvel enquanto conduzes” e “Respeita os limites de velocidade”. O plano de campanha prevê a colocação de anúncios na imprensa local e no exterior, utilizando painéis estáticos e dinâmicos em toda a província de Bolonha. A RTR também produziu uma segunda campanha que, seguindo o esquema da primeira, traz a imagem de um carro destruído e comunica o papel fundamental dos radares de velocidade como dispositivos essenciais para salvar vidas. Uma das iniciativas mais importantes da Província é, de facto, a decisão de criar uma série de pontos de controlo de velocidade nas estradas de maior risco da província. Serão instalados painéis permanentes sobre este tema específico nas zonas afectadas pelos radares de velocidade. A conceção e o planeamento das campanhas são o primeiro passo de um projeto mais vasto, que a RTR elaborou para a Província de Bolonha e que consistirá numa série de acções concretas destinadas a sensibilizar e informar os cidadãos sobre a questão da segurança rodoviária.
