Sobre el proyecto

Randstad ocupa el tercer puesto en el mercado mundial de empleos en prácticas; no inició su actividad hasta 1999, pero ya puede contar con más de 80 sucursales repartidas por toda Italia, en regiones como Emilia Romaña, Lacio, Liguria, Lombardía, Piamonte y Véneto.

Randstad se enorgullece especialmente de dar prioridad a los deseos y estilos de vida de sus clientes, ofreciéndoles el mejor apoyo en la búsqueda de un empleo adecuado y satisfactorio.

Prueba de ello es la colaboración que ha unido a Randstad y al mundo de la música en la organización de actuaciones en directo de tres increíbles artistas italianos: – Luca Carboni- Palasport San Lazzaro en Padua
– Gino Paoli- Palasport San Lazzaro en Padua
– Jovanotti- Palaverde en Treviso

Gracias al programa de RTR, Randstad pudo reforzar la popularidad de su marca y llevar a cabo cierta “actividad de contratación”.

Estas eran algunas de las actividades incluidas en los acuerdos de asociación:
– durante las representaciones, distribución de material informativo sobre las actividades de la empresa
– colocación de folletos y prospectos en lugares clave como los estadios utilizados para los espectáculos
– dar visibilidad al logotipo en pancartas situadas a un lado del escenario
– realización de un stand donde los clientes pudieran ir a registrarse dejando sus Cvs, tener contacto directo con el personal de Randstad y además recibir información útil y gadgets personalizados
– presencia del logotipo de la empresa en carteles, folletos y publicaciones que publiciten los actos en toda la zona de Triveneto
– entradas gratuitas para clientes y colaboradores de Randstad

La conexión de Randstad con la música le ha proporcionado una relación más fuerte y profunda con sus clientes, al tiempo que le ha ofrecido una gran oportunidad para divertirse mientras se relaja. I have known and worked with Riccardo Tafà since 1995 when we collaborated for the first time on a project for the Williams Formula 1 team. Several clients followed. After leaving Williams to work for Gerhard Berger then owner of the Toro Rosso F1 Team, I turned again to Riccardo to seek his help in finding a tool supplier for the team and Riccardo duly obliged with an introduction to USAG, a partnership with Toro Rosso which endured for five years.
