Infostrada es la empresa que opera como proveedor de telefonía fija en Italia desde 1998.
En la actualidad, Infostrada -con sus 7 millones de abonados- se sitúa como líder entre los operadores alternativos, ofreciendo una amplia gama de servicios tanto para clientes residenciales como empresariales.

La comunicación masiva llevada a cabo por esta empresa siempre ha incluido el deporte, dentro del cual el patrocinio de Ducati Corse en el Campeonato del Mundo de Superbikes era la operación estrella.

El programa desarrollado con la ayuda de RTR permitió a la empresa beneficiarse de todos los servicios que suelen incluirse en un paquete de patrocinio, en primer lugar el derecho a utilizar la imagen del equipo en todas las acciones de comunicación, que Infostrada aprovechó ampliamente (tarjetas telefónicas, páginas publicitarias en los principales periódicos, eventos feriales, etc.).

Desde un punto de vista más estrictamente técnico, la asociación proporcionó a Ducati un rico paquete de servicios y consultoría en el ámbito de las tecnologías de la información:

– reestructuración e informatización de la red de ventas mediante la implantación de la intranet de la empresa;
– apoyo técnico en el desarrollo del sitio Ducati y Ducati Corse;
– puesta en marcha de un foro de chat y servicios de webcam en directo, que conectan a pilotos y aficionados desde las sedes de las carreras.

I have known and worked with Riccardo Tafà since 1995 when we collaborated for the first time on a project for the Williams Formula 1 team. Several clients followed. After leaving Williams to work for Gerhard Berger then owner of the Toro Rosso F1 Team, I turned again to Riccardo to seek his help in finding a tool supplier for the team and Riccardo duly obliged with an introduction to USAG, a partnership with Toro Rosso which endured for five years.
