The provisional calendar of the World Superbike 2025, with twelve rounds promising excitement and novelty. The season will start in late February in Australia and conclude in October in Spain. Among the new features is the introduction of the Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary, while the Italian rounds in Cremona and Misano are confirmed.
An International Beginning and Return to Europe
The season will kick off with pre-season testing on February 17-18, 2025 in Phillip Island, Australia, followed by the first official race February 21-23 at the same circuit. This will remain the only non-European stop, marking a “global” start and then concentrating most of the races in Europe. With the release of the Pirelli Catalunya Round, the second round will be at theAutodromo Internacional do Algarve in Portugal (March 28-30), also shared with the WorldSSP300 season.
Spring Intense and Early Dates for Cremona and Misano
The spring period will see a succession of tight rounds. The iconic Dutch circuit of Assen will host round three from April 11-13, followed by the Cremona circuit (May 2-4), brought forward four months from the 2024 edition. Shortly thereafter, the championship will move to the Czech Republic, at the Most circuit (May 16-18), and will make its return to Italy at the Misano World Circuit from June 13-15, one of the most beloved stages for fans.
Balaton Park: A New Challenge in Hungary
In July, the championship will land at Balaton Park Circuit (July 25-27), which is one of the big new features of 2025. This circuit is still awaiting official homologation, but the introduction promises a new challenge for drivers and teams in a picturesque location.
An Intense End of Season and the Grand Finale in Spain.
The French circuit of Magny-Cours will host the September 5-7 round, followed by a return to Spain for the final three races. Aragón MotorLand (Sept. 26-28), Estoril in Portugal (Oct. 10-12), and finally Jerez Circuit (Oct. 17-19) will close the season.

The introduction of the Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary and the second Cremona round anticipated in May should bring even more spectators. The series promoter, Dorna, is still finalizing some details and homologations, but the excitement for 2025 is palpable: The date is therefore set for an unforgettable season, which promises not only high-level competition but also unique atmospheres in international and iconic locations.
