Sponsorship: CMS x LCR Honda MotoGP Team 2019
Since 1996 CMS (Consolidated Motor Spares) is a leading company in spare parts and accessories for motorcycles and ATVs. With more than 4 Million different parts and 36.000+ models , the dutch firm sure have carved their way among the most excellent brands of the industry.
Now, for the fourth year in a row, CMS has renewed their sponsorship agreement with the LCR Honda MotoGP Team. By any means, it is a chance to get international and enormous visibility and to strengthen the marketing placement of the CMS brand: if “parts for a better ride” is the company motto, then what better ride than the pinnacle of motor racing itself?
The CMS logo – and the iconic boy in manga style- will appear on Cal Crutchlow and Taka Nakagami‘s RC213Vs during the 2019 MotoGP Championship and will be featured on the online and offline marketing materials of the team, alongside their trucks, pits and garages.
The length of this partnership -and the inclusion of Takaaki Nakagami in the roster- just shows how good and effective this partnership has been for both sides. Internationality plays a key role here: while CMS can sell their products and services to clients all around the world through their excellent web shop, the MotoGP Championship -thanks to its 19-round season broadcasted in 2017 nations- serves as a premium marketing platform all over the globe.
