Duracell commissioned RTR Sports Marketing to carry out a promotional activity during the 2008 Motor Show to promote its line of alkaline batteries, rechargeable and batteries chargers.

The most visited trade fair event in Italy, held in Bologna from 5 to 14 December 2008, hosted, in the Quadrilateral Centro Servizi, 2 boots of 16 square meters each, one with a Music theme and the other with a Photography theme so to meet its target.

The staff, made up of Duracell image girls, invited the public to participate in the two different entertainment activities that lived up the boots, as well as offering the purchase of Duracell products at a special price. All those who have played or bought the batteries, have then filled out a postcard with their personal data.

Thanks to the long collaboration with the Motor Show and the great experience in the promotional events sector, RTR has created two high-impact activities that have entertained and attracted the target audience and have made it possible to achieve the objectives set beforehand.
