Photographer’s insight: The race has just ended and has declared the new World Champion: Marc Marquez. His fans who filled in a whole section of the ring around the Valencia circuit, were celebrating the victory of their rider. Their waving red flags were so impressive and allowed me to take this photo. I think it can tell us the joy and love of the fans for Marquez.

Who is Mirco Lazzari?
Mirco Lazzari was born in Castel San Pietro (BO) in 1961. His MotoGP and Formula1 pictures were first published by Grazia Neri and then by Getty. Mirco, one of the Nikon official photographers who won several international awards, has been working with RTR Sports Marketing for what MotoGP pictures are concerned.
